Returns & refunds

Whether you live in the UK, the EU, or anywhere else in the world, you have 14 days from the day your parcel is delivered to change your mind. No questions asked, and no need to explain why.

• How to return: Email [email protected] with your order reference — it begins kp_ on your confirmation email — and we’ll send you the return address.
• Getting your refund: Once the book reaches us in its original condition (unread and undamaged), we’ll refund the full price — including your original shipping — straight to your card within 14 days.
• Please note: If you simply change your mind, you are responsible for the return postage.

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we will make it right immediately at no cost to you.

• Just send a photo of the issue to [email protected].
• We will immediately print and ship a replacement, or issue a full refund if you prefer.
• You don’t need to return the faulty copy. Shipping damaged books across borders helps nobody, and we’d rather spend that money on making your replacement perfect. (This also applies if a binding fails months down the line — a faulty book is a faulty book.)

Because digital items like the Watchers & Archangels Codex and our audiobooks are delivered to you immediately, they cannot be cancelled or refunded once the download begins. That is the trade-off for getting them in seconds rather than days.

• If you bought a printed book and a digital download together, you can still fully refund the printed book.
• If your file won’t open or your download link expires, just email us — we will always reissue it for you.

Printing starts within a few hours of your payment clearing. If you need to cancel, write to us immediately. If your book isn’t on the press yet, we will happily stop it. If it is already printing, it cannot be stopped — but your 14-day return window will start as soon as it arrives at your door, so you lose nothing but the wait.

Your statutory rights as a consumer stand regardless of what this page says. If the law where you live requires more than what we offer here, the law wins and we will always honour it.
